The role
We’re looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer with strong product taste and technical judgment. We use AI extensively across content, engineering, and operations. You’ll work directly with our founders to build and improve our products, AI systems, and engineering tools.
- Develop our agent-native web app that helps our team create, review, publish, and track content for founders.
- Build CLIs, skills, agents, and workflows that help us scale our agency.
- Improve our codebase architecture, testing, developer tooling, and agent-management infrastructure so developers can ship better software.
- Diagnose problems, develop well-designed solutions, and carry work from idea through release and follow-up.
What we’re looking for
- Has shipped and maintained production applications or services people use.
- Combines full-stack depth with strong product taste and architectural judgment.
- Builds with coding agents (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) and can explain, debug, and verify what they ship.
- Takes initiative, communicates clearly, and helps their teammates succeed.
- Tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, SQL cloud-native databases, Tailwind, Vercel.
- Bonus points: Experience building agent harnesses or AI-native applications
